Jetlev- Flying With Water Jetpack
Jetlev is a new inventions of jetpack technology. This jetpack using water as its power. Need 10 years for Raymond Li from Canadian to found it and see his Jetlev-Flyer go on sale.
Raymond Li developed the Jetlev (abbreviated from the words Jet Levitation) concept in 2000. Since 2003 he – and later his Jetlev Development Corporation – have been conducting feasibility studies and concept development in Canada.
The Jetlev-Flyer has 3 main components. There are a lightweight carbon fiber backpack, a ten meter hose and an engine unit which floats on the water. The Jetlev engine sucks water up through the hose and forces it through 2 adjustable nozzles on the backpack, creating up to 500 pounds of thrust to flying.
Jetlev can reach maximum speed of 35 kph (22 mph). And rises to a maximum of 10 meters (30 feet), according to the manufacturers.
The various capabilities of this :
- 250 HP.
- Up to 3 hours non stop flying.
- 5 points security harness.
- Cruise speed : 35 km/h.
- Up to 8,5 meters high.
- Low-effort controls.
- Fly by wire system.
Watch the action in the video below.
Jetlev price is for about 129.000,00 €. And this price probably makes Jetlev only affordable to the exclusive peoples.

It’s a plaesure to find such rationality in an answer. Welcome to the debate.
